Lunch

Finally ordered Prawn Noodle after tossing between this and Curry Laksa. This craving for prawn flavored soup has driven me nuts. There are mixed noodle, an egg, a few fresh prawns with a handful of charsiew and taogeh. Yumm! That looks great.

The noodle is ready. I was asked before the bowl was handed to me. “sesame oil, Pepper, Coriander”? : Yes Yes! (puzzled with what is sesame oil doing with prawn noodle!!)

Looked at the soup! Where is the colour? How could it be prawn flavored? The soup is clear! Tasted it with EXTREME disappointment then grumbled I should have ordered Curry Laksa. Although the soup is flavored, it wasn’t -Prawn Flavored.

Prawn noodle with clear soup….Of course, there are couple of real prawns. Just have to accept it.

Coffee break

9.30am - Trish and Erica got coffee for us from Ditto, a replacement for Toscanini’s coffee. No more BURNED coffee from Toscanini. It is a big matter to spend a considerable amount of $$ for a yakky coffee.

I had the 4th mocha in the last 5 months. Taste so good. I drank coffee not because I was sleepy today. Had it with a few bites of cheesy and potato crackers, just had to stop working for a moment so as to indulge in the world of flavor so as to truly appreciate the strange taste.

What the hxll if super reconciliation doesn’t balance. Just sit back and take a mocha break.

However, I don't get to sleep until 1230am...
