Professionalism

People leave their job with many reasons. Mostly because of the crappy job, the stupid bitch, the stupid chair, the stupid politics and the pay. Never was the reason for being incapable of doing the job and never was the reason for being the rotten relationships among peers.

Some left their job by saying out loud WHAT THE HELL! Only because they are retiring, setting up own business or fleeing overseas for other prospect. Totally without a fear as to whom they will meet in the next job interview.

Some left their "dream" job after trying out and they found the job wasn't as ideal as expected. They cannot fit into the company's way when team work is concerned. Again crapped! Regardless the level of job, leadership is never a concerned, as long as you don't bring problems, you won't be under the spotlight.

The leavers are the most inteligent. They run away when they foresee the work is out of their control. The successor will either have to work their way out or inherit the problems and unfortunately, be blamed.

No one talks about professionalism. It is all about what you like and dislike to do.

No one talks about teamwork. It is all about who makes the most mistakes preferable not you.

No one cares. Neither am I.
